The Reserves at Steamboat Springs is a 48-unit affordable rental housing development serving workforce families in Steamboat Springs. CHFA awarded the project $1,094,544 in federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) in 2015.
CHFA was proud to support Ash Street Apartments by awarding $900,018 in state Affordable Housing Tax Credits and $708,414 in federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits. The 112-unit property was developed by Mile High Development and Koelbel and Company.
Anthracite Place is an affordable rental housing development in Crested Butte that serves workforce families. The 30-unit development is the first project in Crested Butte supported by CHFA with Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC).
