The Reserves at Steamboat Springs is a 48-unit affordable rental housing development serving workforce families in Steamboat Springs. CHFA awarded the project $1,094,544 in federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) in 2015. It was the first 9 percent LIHTC project Steamboat. The property celebrated its grand opening in the summer of 2017.
The Reserves at Steamboat Springs was developed by Overland Property Group and Yampa Valley Housing Authority. The City of Steamboat Springs and Routt County were key supporters of the development.
