Developed by Dominium, Heritage at Church Ranch offers 205 affordable apartments for adults aged 55 and older across a mix of one- and two-bedroom floorplans. The development is located on the former site of the Church family farm in Westminster. Construction of Heritage at Church Ranch included restoration and renovation of the historic barn and silos into a community space enjoyed by residents. The barn now also serves as Dominium’s regional headquarters.

CHFA was proud to support Heritage at Church Ranch by awarding state Affordable Housing Tax Credits and $2,357,416 in federal 4 percent Housing Tax Credits in 2019.
