The holiday season brings mixed feelings for many, as the very joy and brightness of the season reminds us we are missing loved ones. How can we enjoy the season and its festivities while still honoring these feelings? 

This discussion will be facilitated by grief specialists from the Ardent Grove Foundation, who will guide us in sharing and reflecting on ways to make the upcoming holidays feel meaningful and authentic.
