All stakeholders with interest in Private Activity Bonds (PAB) and the development of Colorado multifamily projects supported with federal 4 percent Housing Tax Credits are encouraged to join this annual PAB stakeholder meeting.

CHFA will share information on PAB use from prior years and the anticipated budget for 2025. At this time, CHFA does not anticipate offering a PAB Pool of multifamily tax-exempt volume cap resource in the next year and will present information to inform decision making.
