In this session we will establish how to implement, use, or enhance a Preventative Maintenance Plan (PMP). We will discuss schedules for preventative maintenance, materials, equipment, and staffing needs to ensure that your plan is successful.

Participants will leave with real-world knowledge and valuable takeaways for their everyday roles as property managers or maintenance professionals. With a strong plan in place, your inspection scores will improve, you will save money over time at your property, your systems will operate more efficiently, and ultimately your facilities will last longer.

Maintenance and housekeeping staff will benefit from practical applications, while supervisors and owners/agents may increase their effectiveness in planning maintenance activities. Property managers are highly encouraged to attend.
