Team management can be one of the most difficult aspects of leadership. Attend this two-part class to gain insight and support.

In the first session, we will look at the various structures of team supervision, such as meetings, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. We will ask how each of these encounters can be utilized to build rapport and clear communication—ultimately increasing your comfort level with having difficult conversations in a timely and direct manner.

Next, you will have the opportunity to assess the personality of your specific team: the level of buy-in, experiences that impact participation, and dynamics between teammates. You will design interventions to bridge gaps in the organization, clarify outcomes, and work together toward your team’s goals.

Facilitated by a leader with decades of experience in the affordable housing industry, this class is a unique training opportunity. Take advantage of this moment to move from “boss” to “leader!”
