Your property budget includes everything, butstuff happens. Can you plan for “stuff?” Bring the challenges you face to session four of the four-part budget series. As a participant, you will provide and receive input from those who have faced and are facing challenges that can adversely impact the best of budgets. Some struggles we will discuss are:

• COVID-19, then and now;
• finding and keeping good team members;
• the rising costs of supplies and services; and
• unexpected events, from nature, the government, and people.

When trying to dig out of holes dug by intense or catastrophic events, all team members are required. Join us for a frank discussion to address the struggles of advanced budgeting.
