There are members of four distinct generations active in the workforce today. Each of them defines work differently and has different values, distinguishing characteristics, assets, and liabilities. 

If we are all to succeed, we must be able to understand and work with one another. In this class participants will learn to identify generational traits and understand the different expectations and values each generation brings to work. 

Participants will learn communication strategies to improve their interactions with coworkers from different generations. Additionally, participants will learn to appreciate the benefits of a multi-generational workplace. 

Successful managers and teammates can work with members of every generation. Come gain perspectives that can increase the effectiveness of your personal leadership.
