This training provides an in-depth look at certain obligations of housing providers under the Fair Housing Act (FHA) with respect to animals that individuals with disabilities may request as reasonable accommodations. 

Major topics include defining the types of animals, understanding which types of animals are allowed in housing versus other settings, questions that can be asked, and documentation that can be required.
