The 2024 Annual Owner Certifications (AOCs) for the Housing Tax Credit and CHFA multifamily loan programs are now available in Insight. Management agents may prepare the form, but the form requires the Owner to electronically submit and sign.

On September 20th, HUD’s Office of Multifamily Housing Programs (MFH) published Housing Notice H 2024-09, which extends the date that Owners must be fully compliant with Sections 102 and 104 of the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA) to July 1, 2025.

In August 2024, HUD announced its inflationary adjustments for income and assets and the passbook rate that will take effect on January 1, 2025. These adjustments were put in place by the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act of 2016 (HOTMA).
