*To be eligible to win, requirements include the following: participants must reside in Colorado, be 18 years or older, and be an existing CHFA home mortgage customer current on CHFA mortgage loan payments. Directors, officers, and employees of CHFA, its contractors and its vendors, including immediate family members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter. See Official Rules for full details.
