A grand opening for the Apartments at Cinnamon Park occurred Wednesday, May 11th. The Apartments at Cinnamon Park is a 25-unit property serving adults aged 62 and older. Supportive services are offered to the residents at no charge, including transportation to a grocery store once a week, wellness checks, health education, and recreational activities.CHFA was proud to support the development of The Apartments at Cinnamon Park by awarding federal 9 percent Housing Tax Credits in 2020. Senior Tax Credit Officer, Denise Rome-Tamulis, spoke at the grand opening on behalf of CHFA.
Centennial Crossings, Centennial
Centennial Crossings celebrated its grand opening on June 1st. This development provides 209 affordable apartments to adults aged 62 and older with incomes at 60 percent of the Area Median Income (AMI) or below. CHFA was proud to support this development by awarding federal 4 percent Housing Tax Credits in 2017 and issuing Private Activity Bonds (PAB).Heritage at Church Ranch, Westminster
Heritage at Church Ranch celebrated its grand opening on June 2nd. Heritage at Church Ranch provides 205 affordable apartments to adults aged 55 and older with a range of incomes of no more than 30 to 60 percent AMI. The property also features a 150-year-old barn located onsite that the developer, Dominium, was able preserve and restore. The barn now serves as a community space and Dominium's Colorado regional headquarters. CHFA was proud to support the development by awarding federal and state Housing Tax Credits in 2019 and issuing PAB. On Wednesday, May 25th, a grand opening celebration was held for Oakwood Senior II Apartments. This development provides 53 affordable apartments to adults aged 55 and older. Amenities will include a large community room with flex space for events and a rooftop deck, which will benefit residents of Oakwood Senior II, as well as residents at an adjacent property owned by the developer, Douglas County Housing Partnership. CHFA was proud to support Oakwood Senior II by awarding federal 9 percent Housing Tax Credits in 2019. South Range Crossings celebrated its grand opening on June 1st. This development provides 204 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units of affordable housing to Parker residents with incomes at 60 percent AMI or below. CHFA was proud to support South Range Crossings by awarding federal 4 percent Housing Tax Credits in 2017 and issuing PAB.
