notice of funding availability (nofa): owner occupied home renovation program

Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) has published a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for organizations administering grant or loan programs that support the repair, renovation or rehabilitation of single family owner occupied housing in rural Colorado counties that have a population of 180,000 or fewer.
