chfa named among nation’s best workplaces for parents

(DENVER) – Great Place To Work^® has selected Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) for the Best Workplaces for Parents™ 2023 list. This national distinction recognizes companies offering best-in-class benefits and company cultures that provide outstanding support for working parents and their families. This award follows CHFA earning a spot on the 2023 Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ List earlier this year.

The Best Workplaces for Parents list is based on an analysis of survey responses from over 612,000 employees with parenting responsibilities from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies nationwide. According to Great Place to Work, a key factor for companies earning top spots was employees reporting a positive and trusting relationship with their managers.

Benefits also played a role, including paid maternity and paternity leave and mental health resources offered through employee assistance programs (EAPs). Winning companies were those that offered the most positive outcomes for working parents regardless of job role, race, gender, sexual orientation, work status, or other demographic identifier.
