chfa named among nation’s best workplaces for second year in a row

(DENVER) – Great Place To Work^® and Fortune have selected Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) for the Fortune Best Medium Workplaces™ 2024 List, which is based on analysis of employee survey feedback from Great Place To Work Certified™ companies across the nation that have between 100 and 999 employees. In addition, for the second year in a row, CHFA has earned a spot on the Fortune Best Workplaces in Financial Services & Insurance™ List, this year coming in at 13th place. Overall, 97 percent of surveyed CHFA employees say that CHFA is a great place to work.

Great Place To Work^® selected the Fortune Best Medium Workplaces™ 2024 List through anonymous surveys of more than 210,000 employees nationwide. Employers are evaluated on several categories including accessibility of leadership, opportunities for growth, and support for health and wellbeing. Companies are also evaluated on equity and whether positive outcomes are shared across employee demographics including tenure, job role, race, ethnicity, gender, and neurotype.

In addition to the recognition from Fortune, CHFA was selected by Healthiest Employers^® as one of the 2024 Healthiest Employers of Colorado. This list is compiled based on a survey conducted by Springbuk, a health data analytics firm, which evaluates employers on six key areas of health and wellbeing.
