CHFA Direct Effect Awards

CHFA is pleased to announce the 2021 Direct Effect Awards will open on June 1st. Direct Effect Awards are an opportunity for CHFA to recognize and support Colorado nonprofits whose missions align with our work to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. The average donation amount is $7,000. Maximum donation amount is $50,000. All applications must be received by 11:59pm MT on June 30, 2021.

chfa’s 2021 david w. herlinger golf tournament

One Direct Effect Award applicant will be selected as CHFA’s 2021 David W. Herlinger Golf Tournament beneficiary. In hopes that it will be safe for us to gather later this year, CHFA is tentatively planning the 2021 David W. Herlinger Golf Tournament for Tuesday, September 29th, at Fossil Trace Golf Course in Golden, Colorado. More information will be coming soon.
