On May 7th, join us for a dynamic training session focused on optimizing team performance through communication. In this training, we will examine the intersection of emotion, power, and voice in professional settings. 

You will have the chance to identify one element of your preferred conflict style, and ways to bridge with other styles. We will explore how the tension between the mainstream conflict style and the marginalized conflict style can impact perceptions of professionalism and value within teams. 

You will walk away with tools and strategies to incorporate diverse communication styles so that you can collaborate with more ease, efficiently, and with better results.
