CHFA is excited to announce the launch of our refreshed website on Tuesday, February 8, 2022!While the infrastructure will remain the same—meaning you won’t have to learn new paths to the information you need—this “website refresh” will provide a more streamlined and engaging experience, with a clean design and more customer photos to help show CHFA’s mission in action.
Based on your feedback, we've made the following updates:
Improved Navigation and Search
We are making it easier to find the information you need:- The top navigation bar follows you through the site and provides quick dropdown options of most visited pages within each section.
- A breadcrumb trail at the top of each page will assist navigation.
Prominent Customer Logins
Customer logins are always accessible in the top navigation. They are also accessible through the top navigation menu—click on the line of business (i.e., homeownership) to see logins on the dropdown menu.Mobile-first Design

Check out the new CHFA-wide calendar, accessible from the home page for all CHFA-related events, including trainings, sponsorship events, community engagement sessions, and public meetings.Contact forms help you reach the appropriate CHFA team without needing to open your email.
