chfa direct effect awards application open

CHFA is pleased to announce the application for the first round of 2022 Direct Effect Awards is now open.

Direct Effect Awards are an opportunity for CHFA to recognize and support Colorado nonprofits whose missions align with our work to strengthen Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. The average donation amount is $12,622. The maximum donation amount is $30,000.

All applications must be received by 11:59pm MT on February 28, 2022.

2022 Direct Effect Schedule

In 2022, CHFA will have three Direct Effect application rounds of Direct Effect Awards.

Round One: Application will open February 1 and close February 28. Awardees will be notified in late April 2022.

Round Two: Application will open June 1 and close June 30. Awardees will be notified in late August 2022.

Round Three: Application will open September 1 and close September 30. Awardees will be notified in early December 2022.

Organizations may only be awarded one Direct Effect grant in a 12-month period.
